Floor Induction Six Burners | 5KW*6

Supports 220V single-phase and 380V three-phase input. Plug into your local grid directly — no transformer or adapter required.
One commercial induction cooker works across global power standards. Fewer SKUs, simpler procurement, unified spare parts inventory.
30kW total output stays consistent whether connected to single-phase or three-phase. Auto-adjusting circuitry, zero performance loss.
Built-in dual voltage design meets major international electrical codes, helping new restaurant locations pass inspection faster.

How To Operate This Machine

Step 1
Place your commercial induction cooker in position and connect the power cable based on the required voltage. Make sure all wiring is done correctly before turning on the unit.
Step 2
Once powered on, place your induction cookware on the commercial induction cooker, prepare your ingredients, and get ready to start cooking.
Step 3
Turn the knob from 0 to your desired setting to begin cooking. During the cooking process, simply adjust the knob between levels 1 to 8 to control the heat output to your needs.
Step 4
Once cooking complete, then turn the knob back to 0 to power off the unit. Wipe down and clean the surface of your commercial induction cooker to keep it in top condition.

6-Step Quality Checking of this Machine | Every Unit

Every testing machine shown below is physically present in our factory — no fabrication.
PERFORMANCE

Dust-free PCB assembly

  • Every board built in a sealed cleanroom, no dust or grease particles get trapped under components — eliminates 40% short-circuit failures compare to competitors.

Electric Heating Constant Temperature Drying Oven

  • Bakes out all moisture from PCBs before soldering — boards that skip this step blister and crack under high-power heat within months.

Electric Heating Constant Temperature Incubator

  • Every board is heat-aged for hours to force weak solder joints to fail in our lab, not in your kitchen after installation.

Constant Temperature and Humidity Test Chamber

  • Simulates years of steam and humidity from a real commercial kitchen to verify no board corrosion or short circuits develop over time.

Salt Spray Test Chamber

  • Tests every metal part and connector against aggressive corrosive vapor — the same oils, acids, and moisture your cooker faces daily in a commercial kitchen environment.

Thermal Shock Test Chamber

  • Mimics the hundreds of rapid heat-up / cool-down cycles your cooker endures every single day, cracking any weak solder joint before it ever ships.

What Food Can You Cook With It?

Stir-Fried Dishes

Fried rice, noodles, vegetables, seared meat. Each 5kW burner hits wok-level heat instantly — same speed on 220V or 380V supply.

Soups & Braised Foods

Bone broth, curry, braised pork, hot pot stock. Steady electromagnetic heat holds low temperatures precisely across both voltage modes.

Deep-Fried & Pan-Seared Items

Fried chicken, spring rolls, steaks, dumplings. Six independent zones keep oil at exact temperature on any regional power grid.

Yes, but the voltage must be configured before delivery. For 220V single-phase, each of the six burners is wired individually to a separate power line. For 380V three-phase, all six burners connect through one main power cable. Please specify your voltage requirement when placing the order so the unit ships ready to install.
No. All six 5kW burners deliver their full rated output on both voltages. An internal power circuit adjusts amperage to match the source, so heat-up speed and temperature control stay the same whether you run single-phase or three-phase.
It covers 220V/50Hz systems in Asia and the Middle East, 230V–400V/50Hz grids in Europe, and similar standards in Africa and South America. Designed for operators who need one induction range that works in multiple countries without modification.
No. Both voltage paths are protected by dedicated over-voltage, under-voltage, and surge safeguards at the circuit level. The SS304 stainless steel frame and industrial-grade coils are built for continuous heavy-duty use in professional kitchens.
Yes. Specify each location's voltage at order time — 220V single-phase or 380V three-phase — and every unit ships factory-wired and ready to connect. Same model, same cooking performance, simpler procurement across all your international sites.
