Commercial Induction Cookers & Kitchen Equipment

How Every ATRX Commercial Induction Cooker Is Made

This picture shows the actual production of our commercial induction cooker series — filmed inside our own factory. Every unit follows a strict 4-step process: laser cutting, CNC bending, dust-free PCB assembly, and final QC inspection.

All models share the same core materials and build standards — what you see being made is exactly what we export. CE certified across every product line. OEM branding available on most models. Each unit is full-load tested for 2 hours before packing to ensure stable output on arrival.

How to Choose the Right Commercial Induction Cooker Wattage

Wattage determines how fast your commercial induction cooker heats and what electrical setup your kitchen needs. Confirm these four factors before choosing a model, so the unit matches your cooking method, installation space, and power supply.
01

Cooking Application

Match the wattage to your cooking method. A 3.5KW commercial induction cooker handles sautéing, boiling, and pasta cooking. A 5000W unit suits deep frying and wok cooking at higher intensity. For large stock pots or central kitchen use, choose 8KW or above.
02

Electrical Supply

Check your voltage and circuit capacity. A 3.5 kW commercial induction cooker typically runs on 208–240V single-phase. Units at 3500W and above may require a dedicated circuit. Mismatched electrical supply means the cooker cannot reach full power output.
03

Wattage & Cost

Higher wattage means larger coils, heavier housing, and higher-rated components — which increases unit cost. A 3500W countertop model is the most common and competitively priced. 5000W and 8KW models cost more. For bulk and OEM orders, per-unit cost drops with volume.
04

Installation Type

Choose between countertop, drop-in, or floor-standing. Countertop models at 3.5KW–5KW are portable — ideal for flexible layouts. Floor-standing units at 8KW are fixed installations for permanent kitchen setups. This choice affects both the wattage range and unit dimensions.

Types of Commercial Induction Cookers: Cooktops, Wok Stoves, Fryers & More

A commercial induction cooker covers multiple equipment types — each designed for a specific cooking method and available in different power ratings. Knowing the difference helps you source the right units for your kitchen.
01

Cooktops & Wok Stoves

Countertop flat cookers are the most common type of commercial induction cooker — suitable for general frying, boiling, and sautéing. Wok stoves feature a concave surface for round-bottom woks, essential in Chinese and Asian kitchens. Both are available from 3.5KW to 8KW.
02

Fryers, Stock Pot Cookers, Griddles & Pasta Cookers

Induction fryers replace gas deep fryers with faster heating and no open flame. Floor-standing stock pot cookers handle large-volume soups and broths at 8KW. Griddles provide a flat induction surface for grilling. Pasta cookers offer dedicated basket-style induction boiling. All types are manufactured in-house and OEM-customizable.

Why Restaurants and Hotels Switch to Commercial Induction Cookers

Energy Efficiency

Induction heats only the pot, not the surrounding air, which keeps kitchen temperatures significantly lower than gas. Commercial induction cookers deliver faster heat-up with less energy waste — a key reason professional kitchens are making the switch.

Safety & Compliance

No gas lines means no open flame, no combustion fumes, and simpler fire safety compliance. For hotels, restaurant chains, and catering operations, this reduces both risk and ventilation costs.

Portability & Flexibility

The compact countertop form factor makes commercial induction cookers ideal for food trucks, small restaurants, and flexible kitchen layouts. As a commercial induction cooker supplier since 2007, ATRX has been providing CE-certified equipment to operators in 12+ countries — one factory, one quality standard, one point of contact.
