Commercial Induction Double Door Rice Steamer | 35KW
36 Trays, About 900 Servings at Once
Each tray fits around 3.5 kg of rice, which is about 25 servings. Load all 36 trays and you get enough rice for roughly 900 people in one go.
Two Doors, One Steam Chamber Inside
Both doors share the same heating cavity. Steam reaches every tray the same way, so the rice on tray 1 cooks just like the rice on tray 36.
Made for Schools, Factories & Canteens
Designed for places that need to feed hundreds at once — school lunch rooms, factory dining halls, and military mess halls.
Use All 36 Trays or Just What You Need
You don't have to run a full load every time. Use 15 trays on a slow day or all 36 during peak hours — steam stays even either way.

6-Step Quality Checking of this Machine | Every Unit
Every testing machine shown below is physically present in our factory — no fabrication.
PERFORMANCE
Dust-free PCB assembly
- Every board built in a sealed cleanroom, no dust or grease particles get trapped under components — eliminates 40% short-circuit failures compare to competitors.
Electric Heating Constant Temperature Drying Oven
- Bakes out all moisture from PCBs before soldering — boards that skip this step blister and crack under high-power heat within months.
Electric Heating Constant Temperature Incubator
- Every board is heat-aged for hours to force weak solder joints to fail in our lab, not in your kitchen after installation.
Constant Temperature and Humidity Test Chamber
- Simulates years of steam and humidity from a real commercial kitchen to verify no board corrosion or short circuits develop over time.
Salt Spray Test Chamber
- Tests every metal part and connector against aggressive corrosive vapor — the same oils, acids, and moisture your cooker faces daily in a commercial kitchen environment.
Thermal Shock Test Chamber
- Mimics the hundreds of rapid heat-up / cool-down cycles your cooker endures every single day, cracking any weak solder joint before it ever ships.
What Food Can You Cook With It?
Rice & Grains
White rice, brown rice, mixed grains, glutinous rice — they all come out evenly cooked across every tray. The full-cavity steam keeps each grain consistent, which is what matters most when you’re feeding a large crowd.
Buns & Dim Sum
Mantou, baozi, dumplings, siu mai — the steady heat and moisture inside the chamber keep them soft without drying out, even when all 36 trays are loaded at once.
Meat & Vegetables
Chicken, fish, ribs, broccoli, root vegetables — sealing everything in steam helps hold in moisture and natural flavor, so nothing comes out overcooked or dried out.

Frequently Asked Questions

Most People Curious
We've gathered the most common questions buyers ask before placing their first order — browse through and find the answers that matter most to you.
Submit Your InquiryHow many people can a 36 tray rice steamer cabinet feed?
About 900. Each tray holds around 3.5 kg of rice, which gives you roughly 25 servings. Multiply that by 36 trays and you're looking at around 900 portions per cycle. Most cycles finish in 25 to 50 minutes.
Can this rice steamer cabinet work in a school cafeteria?
Yes, and that's one of its main use cases. Schools, factory canteens, and military kitchens all need to serve hundreds of people in a short window. With 900 servings per batch, it handles a typical lunch rush without needing multiple rounds, which frees up your kitchen staff to work on other dishes.
What does "shared cavity" mean in a double door rice steamer?
It means both doors lead into the same steam chamber — not two separate ones. Every tray sits in the same environment, so the heat and moisture are identical everywhere inside. This keeps the rice consistent from top to bottom, left to right, and it uses less energy than two separate single-door units.
How do I figure out how many trays to load?
Just divide your headcount by 25. Each tray serves about 25 people. So if you're feeding 500, load 20 trays. Feeding 750, load 30. Feeding 900, load all 36. It's a simple way to match your output to how many people are actually showing up that day.
Can I steam other foods besides rice in this cabinet?
Yes. Buns, dumplings, dim sum, vegetables, fish, and braised meats all work well. You can even put different foods on different trays within the same batch — the steam stays consistent throughout the chamber, so everything cooks properly regardless of what's on each tray.
