Countertop Induction Double Tank Fryer | 5KW*2

Each tank holds its own oil independently. Fry sweet and savory items at the same time with zero flavor transfer between sides—donuts stay sweet, chicken stays savory. This split-pot structure also simplifies allergen control in busy commercial kitchens.
This 5kW dual basket induction fryer lets you run two different foods simultaneously. It delivers the throughput of two single tank fryers while taking up only one 800 × 500 mm countertop position and two single 220V power connection.
When one vat needs an oil change or filtering, switch to the other and keep frying. This alternating workflow eliminates downtime during rush service—essential for fast-food counters, canteens, and high-volume catering operations.
Induction heating targets the oil directly, not the surrounding air. This AT-CTFII-005 reaches frying temperature in 3–5 minutes, uses roughly half the energy of a gas deep fryer, and keeps your kitchen noticeably cooler during extended shifts.

How To Operate This Machine

Step 1
Place your commercial induction cooker in position and connect the power cable based on the required voltage. Make sure all wiring is done correctly before turning on the unit.
Step 2
Once powered on, place your induction cookware on the commercial induction cooker, prepare your ingredients, and get ready to start cooking.
Step 3
Turn the knob from 0 to your desired setting to begin cooking. During the cooking process, simply adjust the knob between levels 1 to 8 to control the heat output to your needs.
Step 4
Once cooking complete, then turn the knob back to 0 to power off the unit. Wipe down and clean the surface of your commercial induction cooker to keep it in top condition.

6-Step Quality Checking of this Machine | Every Unit

Every testing machine shown below is physically present in our factory — no fabrication.
PERFORMANCE

Dust-free PCB assembly

  • Every board built in a sealed cleanroom, no dust or grease particles get trapped under components — eliminates 40% short-circuit failures compare to competitors.

Electric Heating Constant Temperature Drying Oven

  • Bakes out all moisture from PCBs before soldering — boards that skip this step blister and crack under high-power heat within months.

Electric Heating Constant Temperature Incubator

  • Every board is heat-aged for hours to force weak solder joints to fail in our lab, not in your kitchen after installation.

Constant Temperature and Humidity Test Chamber

  • Simulates years of steam and humidity from a real commercial kitchen to verify no board corrosion or short circuits develop over time.

Salt Spray Test Chamber

  • Tests every metal part and connector against aggressive corrosive vapor — the same oils, acids, and moisture your cooker faces daily in a commercial kitchen environment.

Thermal Shock Test Chamber

  • Mimics the hundreds of rapid heat-up / cool-down cycles your cooker endures every single day, cracking any weak solder joint before it ever ships.

What Food Can You Cook With It?

Poultry & Proteins

Chicken wings, tenders, fish fillets, and pork cutlets benefit from precise induction temperature control that locks moisture inside and crisps the exterior evenly

Fries, Sides & Snacks

French fries, onion rings, spring rolls, and mozzarella sticks get a uniform golden finish. Dedicate one tank to starch-heavy items so oil stays clean longer and no protein flavor carries over from the other side.

Sweet Fried Desserts

Donuts, churros, and beignets require oil free of savory residue. The independent second tank of this twin vat fryer keeps dessert oil pure, protecting the clean sweetness your customers expect.

A dual tank fryer like the AT-CTFII-005 gives you two independent oil compartments. You can fry different foods at different temperatures without flavor mixing, and alternate tanks during oil changes so service never stops. A single tank fryer cannot do either.
Yes. It measures 800 × 500 mm and runs on a standard 220V single-phase outlet—no special wiring needed. The compact countertop design replaces two standalone fryers in one footprint, making it practical for food trucks, cafés, and takeaway shops.
Each 9L tank is fully separated with its own oil, heating coil, and basket. There is no shared oil path between sides, so allergens, crumbs, and flavors stay isolated. This makes it safe to fry gluten-free and breaded items at the same time.
Quick-service restaurants, staff canteens, hotel kitchens, and small food-processing lines all benefit. Both tanks running together handle peak demand; one tank alone covers off-peak hours and saves energy.
Induction delivers over 90% thermal efficiency versus about 50% for gas. Operators typically report 30–50% lower energy costs. The oil heats in 3–5 minutes, cutting preheat waste, and the kitchen stays cooler since heat goes into the oil—not the room.
