Floor Commercial Induction Double Stock Pot Burners | 12KW*2

This commercial induction stock pot burner heats your 50L pots using electromagnetic energy only. No gas, no pilot light, no flame.
No need to run gas pipes, install meters, or wait for gas safety inspections. This electric stock pot range connects to a standard three-phase outlet, so your kitchen is up and running faster with far less fit-out cost.
Mall food courts, high-rise canteens, basement kitchens, and sealed commercial spaces often ban open flames. This flameless induction stock pot cooker meets those policies and passes strict fire-code venue approvals with ease.
No combustion means no CO₂, no exhaust gas, and no heat plume. This induction soup boiler keeps the air clean, supports green kitchen certification, and helps your operation meet today's tightening commercial environmental standards.

How To Operate This Machine

Step 1
Place your commercial induction cooker in position and connect the power cable based on the required voltage. Make sure all wiring is done correctly before turning on the unit.
Step 2
Once powered on, place your induction cookware on the commercial induction cooker, prepare your ingredients, and get ready to start cooking.
Step 3
Turn the knob from 0 to your desired setting to begin cooking. During the cooking process, simply adjust the knob between levels 1 to 8 to control the heat output to your needs.
Step 4
Once cooking complete, then turn the knob back to 0 to power off the unit. Wipe down and clean the surface of your commercial induction cooker to keep it in top condition.

6-Step Quality Checking of this Machine | Every Unit

Every testing machine shown below is physically present in our factory — no fabrication.
PERFORMANCE

Dust-free PCB assembly

  • Every board built in a sealed cleanroom, no dust or grease particles get trapped under components — eliminates 40% short-circuit failures compare to competitors.

Electric Heating Constant Temperature Drying Oven

  • Bakes out all moisture from PCBs before soldering — boards that skip this step blister and crack under high-power heat within months.

Electric Heating Constant Temperature Incubator

  • Every board is heat-aged for hours to force weak solder joints to fail in our lab, not in your kitchen after installation.

Constant Temperature and Humidity Test Chamber

  • Simulates years of steam and humidity from a real commercial kitchen to verify no board corrosion or short circuits develop over time.

Salt Spray Test Chamber

  • Tests every metal part and connector against aggressive corrosive vapor — the same oils, acids, and moisture your cooker faces daily in a commercial kitchen environment.

Thermal Shock Test Chamber

  • Mimics the hundreds of rapid heat-up / cool-down cycles your cooker endures every single day, cracking any weak solder joint before it ever ships.

What Food Can You Cook With It?

Stocks, Broths & Soups

Bone broth, chicken stock, herbal tonics, and cream bisques all need hours of low, steady heat. The eight-level power control holds a stable simmer in both 50L pots — no flame, no gas pressure swings, just consistent results.

Braised & Slow-Cooked Dishes

Red-braised pork, beef stew, and lamb curry cook low and slow. This flameless electric stock pot range delivers even, uninterrupted heat for hours, so every batch comes out tender and full-flavored without any open-flame risk.

Blanching & High-Volume Boiling

Vegetable blanching, pasta, and seafood poaching need fast heat recovery. Each burner delivers 12 kW, bringing water back to a rolling boil quickly after loading — and the gasless, flameless design keeps busy prep lines safer.

Yes. It runs on electromagnetic induction — there is no gas supply, no pilot light, and no flame at any stage. It meets the "no open flame" rules set by most mall landlords and commercial property managers. You will not need a gas hookup permit or a combustion-rated exhaust hood. Just plug it into a 380V three-phase power supply and start cooking.
You skip gas pipe installation, pressure testing, gas meter hardware, and the fire suppression hood required for gas burners. These items often account for 15–25% of a commercial kitchen fit-out budget. This induction unit only needs a three-phase power outlet — already standard in most commercial buildings — so setup is faster and significantly cheaper.
No. There is no fuel burning inside the unit, so it produces zero exhaust gas, zero CO₂, and zero carbon monoxide. The air around the cooker stays clean and cool. This makes it a strong fit for enclosed kitchens, interior food courts, and any venue working toward green kitchen certification. Only a basic steam vent is recommended.
Yes. Most fire codes restrict or ban gas cooking equipment above the 4th or 5th floor. This unit is fully electric with no open flame, so it complies with high-rise kitchen regulations. Built-in protections — anti-overheat, anti-dry-burn, voltage monitoring, and auto fault shutoff — give building managers the safety assurance they need for approval.
It needs a 380V three-phase supply, which is standard in commercial buildings and malls worldwide. An electrician can finish the hookup in under an hour. A gas line, by comparison, requires pipeline work, pressure testing, government inspection, and weeks of waiting. After install, there is no gas meter fee and no annual gas safety audit to worry about.
