Countertop induction griddle | 5KW

At just 550×470 mm, this countertop induction griddle sits flat on any food truck counter with no cutout needed. It leaves room for prep bins, condiments, and service tools in tight layouts.
This flameless electric griddle removes fire hazards entirely from your mobile kitchen. Built-in overheat, dry-burn, and voltage protection run in the background so you can focus on cooking.
Runs on 220V single-phase — just connect to your generator or shore power. No hard wiring, no contractor visit. You can be up and serving within minutes of parking.
The full SS304 stainless steel body is sturdy yet light enough for one person to lift and reposition. Great for food truck operators who work rotating locations, pop-up markets, or seasonal events.

How To Operate This Machine

Step 1
Place your commercial induction cooker in position and connect the power cable based on the required voltage. Make sure all wiring is done correctly before turning on the unit.
Step 2
Once powered on, place your induction cookware on the commercial induction cooker, prepare your ingredients, and get ready to start cooking.
Step 3
Turn the knob from 0 to your desired setting to begin cooking. During the cooking process, simply adjust the knob between levels 1 to 8 to control the heat output to your needs.
Step 4
Once cooking complete, then turn the knob back to 0 to power off the unit. Wipe down and clean the surface of your commercial induction cooker to keep it in top condition.

6-Step Quality Checking of this Machine | Every Unit

Every testing machine shown below is physically present in our factory — no fabrication.
PERFORMANCE

Dust-free PCB assembly

  • Every board built in a sealed cleanroom, no dust or grease particles get trapped under components — eliminates 40% short-circuit failures compare to competitors.

Electric Heating Constant Temperature Drying Oven

  • Bakes out all moisture from PCBs before soldering — boards that skip this step blister and crack under high-power heat within months.

Electric Heating Constant Temperature Incubator

  • Every board is heat-aged for hours to force weak solder joints to fail in our lab, not in your kitchen after installation.

Constant Temperature and Humidity Test Chamber

  • Simulates years of steam and humidity from a real commercial kitchen to verify no board corrosion or short circuits develop over time.

Salt Spray Test Chamber

  • Tests every metal part and connector against aggressive corrosive vapor — the same oils, acids, and moisture your cooker faces daily in a commercial kitchen environment.

Thermal Shock Test Chamber

  • Mimics the hundreds of rapid heat-up / cool-down cycles your cooker endures every single day, cracking any weak solder joint before it ever ships.

What Food Can You Cook With It?

Breakfast Items

Pancakes, eggs, bacon, and hash browns cook evenly across the flat top because induction heating eliminates hot spots — giving you consistent diner-style breakfast output from a compact food truck griddle.

Burgers & Sandwiches

Smash burgers, grilled cheese, quesadillas, and cheesesteaks get a proper sear on this 5kW induction flat top. High contact heat and fast recovery keep up with back-to-back orders during peak hours.

Asian Street Food

Teppanyaki, scallion pancakes, okonomiyaki, and pan-fried dumplings all work well because the 8-level power knob lets you shift between gentle low heat and full searing temperature in seconds.

Yes. There is no open flame, no gas line, and no combustion exhaust. Heat is generated only in the SS304 steel plate through electromagnetic energy, so the housing and countertop stay relatively cool. Built-in protection covers overheating, dry burning, and voltage fluctuation — all important in a tight, enclosed mobile kitchen where equipment sits close together.
It runs on 220V single-phase at 5kW, drawing about 23 amps. Most food truck generators rated 6,500W or above can handle it alongside basic lighting and refrigeration. It is a plug-in unit — no electrician or hard wiring required. You can also dial down the power level with the knob controller to manage total electrical load on smaller setups.
Induction converts about 90–95% of energy into cooking heat versus roughly 50% for gas. That means faster heat-up, quicker recovery between orders, and lower fuel costs per shift. Removing the propane tank also frees up floor space and eliminates ventilation concerns. The trade-off is you need a reliable generator, so plan your electrical capacity before switching.
Yes. The 5kW output brings the plate to temperature fast and recovers heat within seconds when cold food is placed on it. The cooking area handles 6–8 smash burgers at once. Many vendors run two units side by side — the slim 550mm width makes that realistic on a standard food truck counter.
Power off and let the plate cool briefly. Scrape residue with a flat spatula while still slightly warm, then wipe down with a damp cloth or food-safe degreaser. The SS304 surface is one seamless sheet — no grates, no burner caps, no hidden grease traps. Without combustion soot, the stainless steel body also stays cleaner over time compared to a gas griddle.
