Floor Induction Six Burners | 3.5KW*6

Electromagnetic heating replaces gas burners entirely. No flame ignition, no gas hiss, no burner roar — the loudest noise source is simply gone.
Precision ball-bearing motors replace standard fans. Less friction, less vibration, steady quiet cooling — even with all six zones at full power.
No combustion means no fumes to extract. Your exhaust hood runs at lower speed, cutting the fan drone that usually fills the whole kitchen.
Operating sound stays below conversation level. Open-kitchen diners enjoy natural cooking sounds without mechanical noise bleeding in.

How To Operate This Machine

Step 1
Place your commercial induction cooker in position and connect the power cable based on the required voltage. Make sure all wiring is done correctly before turning on the unit.
Step 2
Once powered on, place your induction cookware on the commercial induction cooker, prepare your ingredients, and get ready to start cooking.
Step 3
Turn the knob from 0 to your desired setting to begin cooking. During the cooking process, simply adjust the knob between levels 1 to 8 to control the heat output to your needs.
Step 4
Once cooking complete, then turn the knob back to 0 to power off the unit. Wipe down and clean the surface of your commercial induction cooker to keep it in top condition.

6-Step Quality Checking of this Machine | Every Unit

Every testing machine shown below is physically present in our factory — no fabrication.
PERFORMANCE

Dust-free PCB assembly

  • Every board built in a sealed cleanroom, no dust or grease particles get trapped under components — eliminates 40% short-circuit failures compare to competitors.

Electric Heating Constant Temperature Drying Oven

  • Bakes out all moisture from PCBs before soldering — boards that skip this step blister and crack under high-power heat within months.

Electric Heating Constant Temperature Incubator

  • Every board is heat-aged for hours to force weak solder joints to fail in our lab, not in your kitchen after installation.

Constant Temperature and Humidity Test Chamber

  • Simulates years of steam and humidity from a real commercial kitchen to verify no board corrosion or short circuits develop over time.

Salt Spray Test Chamber

  • Tests every metal part and connector against aggressive corrosive vapor — the same oils, acids, and moisture your cooker faces daily in a commercial kitchen environment.

Thermal Shock Test Chamber

  • Mimics the hundreds of rapid heat-up / cool-down cycles your cooker endures every single day, cracking any weak solder joint before it ever ships.

What Food Can You Cook With It?

Stir-Fried

Kung pao chicken, pepper steak, chow mein. Each 3.5kW zone heats fast like a gas wok but stays silent — built for busy open kitchens.

Soups, Stews & Braised Dishes

Bone broth, braised beef, miso soup. Holds a steady simmer for hours with no gas noise. Six independent zones handle large batch cooking quietly.

Pan-Seared & Griddle Items

Seared cod, teppanyaki steak, pan-fried dumplings. Stable even heat across the pan, and the only sound you hear is the food itself.

Gas ranges run at 65–85 dB due to open flame and gas flow. This cooker uses electromagnetic heating — no flame, no combustion. The ball-bearing fans cool the system with minimal sound, and because there are no fumes, your exhaust hood can run slower too. The combined result is a kitchen that stays well below conversation-level noise.
Most induction cookers use sleeve-bearing or brushed fans that get louder as they wear. Ball-bearing fans use steel bearings that reduce friction and vibration from day one. They hold that quiet performance over years of daily commercial use — no gradual noise increase, no rattling after a few thousand hours of operation.
No. Each of the six zones delivers 3.5kW on 380V three-phase — 21kW total. Induction heats cookware directly at over 90% efficiency, so you get faster response than gas with no power trade-off. The quiet comes from removing combustion, not from turning anything down.
The biggest noise source in most kitchens is the exhaust hood, not the stove. Gas cooking forces hoods to run at high speed to clear fumes and heat. This induction cooker produces no fumes and far less ambient heat, so your hood runs at a fraction of the speed — and a fraction of the noise.
That is exactly what it is designed for. Open kitchens, chef's tables, live stations, and hotel buffet lines all need full commercial power without equipment noise reaching guests. This cooker delivers 21kW of output while keeping sound below dining-room level. The SS304 stainless steel body looks clean and professional when fully visible.
