Countertop Induction Single Fryer | 5KW

With zero open flame and no gas tank required, this induction food truck fryer removes the most common fire code violation for mobile vendors. Many cities fast-track electric-only food truck permits, cutting your approval timeline and lowering insurance costs.
The 500×500mm countertop footprint slides into any standard food truck or concession trailer layout. Despite the compact size, it holds 25 liters of oil—enough capacity for double fry baskets during a full lunch rush.
Drawing 22.7A at 220V single-phase, this 5kW electric deep fryer pairs with an 8–10kW inverter generator. That means reliable frying power at any street fair, festival, or pop-up location without a fixed electrical hookup.
304 stainless steel body, adjustable support legs, and a low center of gravity keep this unit stable during transit. Add anti-vibration pads or bolt it down with a mounting bracket—either way, it stays put while you drive.

How To Operate This Machine

Step 1
Place your commercial induction cooker in position and connect the power cable based on the required voltage. Make sure all wiring is done correctly before turning on the unit.
Step 2
Once powered on, place your induction cookware on the commercial induction cooker, prepare your ingredients, and get ready to start cooking.
Step 3
Turn the knob from 0 to your desired setting to begin cooking. During the cooking process, simply adjust the knob between levels 1 to 8 to control the heat output to your needs.
Step 4
Once cooking complete, then turn the knob back to 0 to power off the unit. Wipe down and clean the surface of your commercial induction cooker to keep it in top condition.

6-Step Quality Checking of this Machine | Every Unit

Every testing machine shown below is physically present in our factory — no fabrication.
PERFORMANCE

Dust-free PCB assembly

  • Every board built in a sealed cleanroom, no dust or grease particles get trapped under components — eliminates 40% short-circuit failures compare to competitors.

Electric Heating Constant Temperature Drying Oven

  • Bakes out all moisture from PCBs before soldering — boards that skip this step blister and crack under high-power heat within months.

Electric Heating Constant Temperature Incubator

  • Every board is heat-aged for hours to force weak solder joints to fail in our lab, not in your kitchen after installation.

Constant Temperature and Humidity Test Chamber

  • Simulates years of steam and humidity from a real commercial kitchen to verify no board corrosion or short circuits develop over time.

Salt Spray Test Chamber

  • Tests every metal part and connector against aggressive corrosive vapor — the same oils, acids, and moisture your cooker faces daily in a commercial kitchen environment.

Thermal Shock Test Chamber

  • Mimics the hundreds of rapid heat-up / cool-down cycles your cooker endures every single day, cracking any weak solder joint before it ever ships.

What Food Can You Cook With It?

Fried Street Snacks

French fries, corn dogs, onion rings, and funnel cakes cook fast and stay crispy. The 5kW induction element reaches frying temp quickly, and ±2°C precision keeps every batch consistent during back-to-back orders.

Fried Proteins

Chicken wings, fish fillets, and shrimp baskets need steady oil temperature to stay juicy inside and crunchy outside. The 25L deep tank holds heat between batches, so quality doesn’t drop when the line gets long.

Fried Doughs & Desserts

Donuts, churros, and beignets burn easily in unstable oil. Induction heating gives you precise low-range control that prevents scorching and produces even golden browning—a must for dessert-focused food carts.

This fryer draws about 22.7 amps on 220V single-phase. An 8–10kW pure sine wave inverter generator handles it with headroom to spare. If you run other equipment at the same time, add up total wattage and pick a generator that exceeds the combined load by 20–30%. A dedicated breaker on your food truck panel is recommended for safe operation.
Yes. No open flame means no risk of gas leaks or grease fires from exposed burners—the two top causes of food truck fires. This unit also has dual overheat protection: an Omron thermostat that cuts power at your set temp, plus a backup fuse that triggers auto-shutoff at 250°C.
Bolt a stainless steel L-bracket to your countertop and anchor the fryer at two points. Place anti-vibration rubber pads under each support leg to absorb road shock. Always drain the oil completely before transit to prevent spills and reduce weight shift. For a semi-portable setup, mount it on locking caster wheels instead.
It helps. Removing open flame clears the most common fire code issue. The IPX4 waterproof build allows full washdown cleaning, which satisfies health inspection hygiene requirements. The 304 stainless steel body meets FDA food-contact standards. Some jurisdictions also reduce hood ventilation requirements for electric-only fryers.
Yes. The 5kW induction element heats oil fast and recovers temperature almost instantly between batches. The 25L tank fits double fry baskets for simultaneous cooking. It is rated for 12+ hours of continuous use with an internal cooling system that prevents overheating—even in hot outdoor conditions during peak summer event season.
