Floor Commercial Induction Stock Pot Cooker | 15KW

Go from a low 1.2KW simmer to full 15KW boil with one dial. Eight levels let you match the exact heat to the job — no waiting, no guessing.
50 liters of water, room temp to rolling boil, around 20 minutes at full power. A same-rated gas burner takes over an hour. That is 3× faster.
Three 50L batches per hour instead of one. Soup never runs out mid-rush. Morning prep that used to start at 5 AM can start at 7.
380V three-phase supply keeps output steady shift after shift. Built-in overheat and dry-burn protection means you set it and walk away.

How To Operate This Machine

Step 1
Place your commercial induction cooker in position and connect the power cable based on the required voltage. Make sure all wiring is done correctly before turning on the unit.
Step 2
Once powered on, place your induction cookware on the commercial induction cooker, prepare your ingredients, and get ready to start cooking.
Step 3
Turn the knob from 0 to your desired setting to begin cooking. During the cooking process, simply adjust the knob between levels 1 to 8 to control the heat output to your needs.
Step 4
Once cooking complete, then turn the knob back to 0 to power off the unit. Wipe down and clean the surface of your commercial induction cooker to keep it in top condition.

6-Step Quality Checking of this Machine | Every Unit

Every testing machine shown below is physically present in our factory — no fabrication.
PERFORMANCE

Dust-free PCB assembly

  • Every board built in a sealed cleanroom, no dust or grease particles get trapped under components — eliminates 40% short-circuit failures compare to competitors.

Electric Heating Constant Temperature Drying Oven

  • Bakes out all moisture from PCBs before soldering — boards that skip this step blister and crack under high-power heat within months.

Electric Heating Constant Temperature Incubator

  • Every board is heat-aged for hours to force weak solder joints to fail in our lab, not in your kitchen after installation.

Constant Temperature and Humidity Test Chamber

  • Simulates years of steam and humidity from a real commercial kitchen to verify no board corrosion or short circuits develop over time.

Salt Spray Test Chamber

  • Tests every metal part and connector against aggressive corrosive vapor — the same oils, acids, and moisture your cooker faces daily in a commercial kitchen environment.

Thermal Shock Test Chamber

  • Mimics the hundreds of rapid heat-up / cool-down cycles your cooker endures every single day, cracking any weak solder joint before it ever ships.

What Food Can You Cook With It?

Bone Broths & Stocks

Beef bones, pork bones, whole chicken, seafood shells — all need hard boiling to pull out flavor. At 15KW, a full 50L pot boils in ~20 minutes, so you get rich stock in half the time gas takes.

Soups & Stews

Chowder, minestrone, curry, chili. Big volumes need to boil fast so everything cooks evenly. Hit 15KW to boil, drop to 5KW to simmer. One pot, start to finish.

Blanching & Par-Cooking

Pasta, vegetables, dumplings, shellfish. Dump a cold batch in, the water bounces back to a boil in minutes at 15KW. Every batch comes out the same.

About 20 minutes from room temperature. The math: heating 50L by 80°C takes 16.8 million joules. At 15KW and 95% efficiency, that works out to roughly 19.6 minutes. A gas burner at the same rated power only delivers about 40–45% efficiency, so it needs 55–65 minutes for the same pot. Lid fit and room temperature may shift the time by a minute or two.
Level 1 (1.2KW) ≈ 246 min. Level 2 (3KW) ≈ 98 min. Level 3 (5KW) ≈ 59 min. Level 4 (7KW) ≈ 42 min. Level 5 (9KW) ≈ 33 min. Level 6 (11KW) ≈ 27 min. Level 7 (13KW) ≈ 23 min. Level 8 (15KW) ≈ 20 min. Low levels are for overnight simmering. High levels are for fast boiling during busy service.
About 3× faster. Gas wastes over half its heat into the air — only 40–45% reaches the pot. This induction unit puts 95% of its energy directly into the water. Same rated power, triple the speed. Over a full day, that means two or three extra 50L batches you could not get from gas.
Yes. The 380V three-phase connection delivers stable power even at full load for hours. Built-in sensors shut off the unit if it overheats or runs dry. An internal cooling fan keeps components cool. There is also a 10-hour timer for unattended overnight stock runs.
Simple — you get soup out faster. A 20-minute boil cycle means the stock pot turns over three times in one hour instead of once. During a rush, that keeps every soup station full. For prep, it means your team can start later in the morning and still have everything ready for service. Less waiting, more output, same number of staff.
