Floor Commercial Induction Griddle | 15KW

The most common cause of commercial kitchen fires is open flame igniting grease. This no open flame commercial griddle eliminates that risk at the source. It heats cookware through electromagnetic induction—no gas burner, no pilot light, no spark.
Shopping malls, food courts, basement kitchens, and many mixed-use buildings do not permit gas lines. This commercial griddle without gas needs only a 380V/3-phase electrical connection to operate at full 15 kW output.
Stable temperature output keeps food quality consistent whether it is the first order of the morning or the last of a dinner rush—key for chain restaurant standardization.
Gas flat top grills throw heat in every direction. This commercial induction flat top griddle concentrates energy inside the cookware and keeps the outer body cool to the touch during operation.

How To Operate This Machine

Step 1
Place your commercial induction cooker in position and connect the power cable based on the required voltage. Make sure all wiring is done correctly before turning on the unit.
Step 2
Once powered on, place your induction cookware on the commercial induction cooker, prepare your ingredients, and get ready to start cooking.
Step 3
Turn the knob from 0 to your desired setting to begin cooking. During the cooking process, simply adjust the knob between levels 1 to 8 to control the heat output to your needs.
Step 4
Once cooking complete, then turn the knob back to 0 to power off the unit. Wipe down and clean the surface of your commercial induction cooker to keep it in top condition.

6-Step Quality Checking of this Machine | Every Unit

Every testing machine shown below is physically present in our factory — no fabrication.
PERFORMANCE

Dust-free PCB assembly

  • Every board built in a sealed cleanroom, no dust or grease particles get trapped under components — eliminates 40% short-circuit failures compare to competitors.

Electric Heating Constant Temperature Drying Oven

  • Bakes out all moisture from PCBs before soldering — boards that skip this step blister and crack under high-power heat within months.

Electric Heating Constant Temperature Incubator

  • Every board is heat-aged for hours to force weak solder joints to fail in our lab, not in your kitchen after installation.

Constant Temperature and Humidity Test Chamber

  • Simulates years of steam and humidity from a real commercial kitchen to verify no board corrosion or short circuits develop over time.

Salt Spray Test Chamber

  • Tests every metal part and connector against aggressive corrosive vapor — the same oils, acids, and moisture your cooker faces daily in a commercial kitchen environment.

Thermal Shock Test Chamber

  • Mimics the hundreds of rapid heat-up / cool-down cycles your cooker endures every single day, cracking any weak solder joint before it ever ships.

What Food Can You Cook With It?

Breakfast Items

Eggs, pancakes, hash browns, and bacon need steady, even heat—exactly what this flameless flat top griddle delivers. Precise temperature control prevents scorching, and the absence of open flame keeps high-oil breakfast cooking safe even at fast output rates.

Grilled Meats

Burgers, steaks, chicken, and sausages sear quickly under 15 kW of induction power. The no flame design stops fat drippings from causing flare-ups, so the cook line stays hazard-free through peak dinner service without sacrificing sear quality or speed.

Street Food & Teppanyaki

Fried rice, quesadillas, scallion pancakes, and teppanyaki dishes all require a wide, responsive cooking surface. This floor-standing commercial induction griddle handles them with even heat distribution and no exposed flame—meeting the fire safety rules of food halls, open kitchens, and live cooking stations.

Yes. This flameless commercial griddle produces no live flame and no combustion byproduct, so it meets the fire codes most shopping malls and food courts enforce. It runs on electricity alone—no gas hookup needed—which also simplifies lease approval in enclosed commercial venues.
It removes the ignition source entirely. No open flame means grease cannot catch fire on the cooking surface. NFPA data shows this type of flame-free griddle cuts grease-fire risk by up to 60% compared to gas models. Overheat shutoff adds another layer of protection.
Yes, and it is one of the best options for that setting. This floor-standing commercial induction griddle produces no flame, no gas fumes, and far less radiant heat than a gas flat top grill. The cool-touch exterior and zero combustion make it a safe choice for open-concept restaurants, hotel buffet lines, and live cooking stations where diners sit just steps away.
In many cases, yes. No open flame means lower fire and gas-leak risk, which are key factors insurers assess. Some providers discount premiums 10–15% for kitchens that operate without gas-fired cooking equipment. Fewer burn claims also help over time.
Venues where gas is restricted or fire risk must stay minimal: mall food courts, open-concept restaurant kitchens, hotel show kitchens, underground kitchens with limited ventilation, and heritage buildings. The 15 kW output matches gas griddle speed, so no cooking performance is lost.
