Floor Commercial Induction Griddle | 8KW

Powered by 380V/3-phase and Infineon brand IGBT modules, this floor standing induction griddle heats the full flat top surface fast and evenly, keeping up with non-stop orders in busy commercial kitchens.
The generous 550×600 mm griddle plate gives chefs room to sear, grill, and toast multiple portions side by side, reducing wait times during peak hours in hotels, canteens, and fast food operations.
A heavy-duty stainless steel cabinet brings the cooking surface to an ergonomic 800+150 mm height. No extra counter or stand needed — just position it on the floor and start cooking.
Designed for central kitchens, chain restaurants, hotel kitchens, and large canteens, this commercial freestanding griddle delivers up to 95% energy efficiency and reliable output shift after shift.

How To Operate This Machine

Step 1
Place your commercial induction cooker in position and connect the power cable based on the required voltage. Make sure all wiring is done correctly before turning on the unit.
Step 2
Once powered on, place your induction cookware on the commercial induction cooker, prepare your ingredients, and get ready to start cooking.
Step 3
Turn the knob from 0 to your desired setting to begin cooking. During the cooking process, simply adjust the knob between levels 1 to 8 to control the heat output to your needs.
Step 4
Once cooking complete, then turn the knob back to 0 to power off the unit. Wipe down and clean the surface of your commercial induction cooker to keep it in top condition.

6-Step Quality Checking of this Machine | Every Unit

Every testing machine shown below is physically present in our factory — no fabrication.
PERFORMANCE

Dust-free PCB assembly

  • Every board built in a sealed cleanroom, no dust or grease particles get trapped under components — eliminates 40% short-circuit failures compare to competitors.

Electric Heating Constant Temperature Drying Oven

  • Bakes out all moisture from PCBs before soldering — boards that skip this step blister and crack under high-power heat within months.

Electric Heating Constant Temperature Incubator

  • Every board is heat-aged for hours to force weak solder joints to fail in our lab, not in your kitchen after installation.

Constant Temperature and Humidity Test Chamber

  • Simulates years of steam and humidity from a real commercial kitchen to verify no board corrosion or short circuits develop over time.

Salt Spray Test Chamber

  • Tests every metal part and connector against aggressive corrosive vapor — the same oils, acids, and moisture your cooker faces daily in a commercial kitchen environment.

Thermal Shock Test Chamber

  • Mimics the hundreds of rapid heat-up / cool-down cycles your cooker endures every single day, cracking any weak solder joint before it ever ships.

What Food Can You Cook With It?

Meats & Proteins

Steaks, smash burgers, chicken fillets, bacon, and sausages get a fast, even sear because the 8kW induction element spreads consistent heat across the entire flat top, locking in flavor without cold spots.

Breakfast Items

Pancakes, fried eggs, French toast, and hash browns cook uniformly in large batches — ideal for hotel breakfast buffets and canteen morning service where speed and consistency matter most.

Vegetables & Seafood

Grilled peppers, onions, zucchini, shrimp, and fish fillets hold their texture thanks to precise temperature control on the wide cooking surface, delivering even caramelization every time.

It is a freestanding commercial flat top griddle with a built-in cabinet base that sits directly on the kitchen floor. Unlike countertop models, it does not need a separate table or stand. The cabinet provides stable support and an ergonomic working height, making it a self-contained cooking station for hotels, canteens, chain restaurants, and central kitchens that need high-output griddling in a compact footprint.
Yes. Running on 380V/3-phase, an 8kW floor standing induction griddle heats the plate quickly and holds stable temperatures under continuous use. Induction delivers up to 95% thermal efficiency, so nearly all input becomes cooking heat. That outperforms gas flat top grills, which typically convert only about 40–45% of energy. For most hotel, canteen, and fast food kitchens, 8kW provides more than enough capacity for sustained peak-hour demand.
Significantly. There is no open flame, no gas line, and no combustion risk. The griddle plate only heats when the induction system is active, and the cabinet body stays relatively cool. Built-in protections — including anti-overheating, anti-dry-heating, and voltage monitoring — add further safety. The flameless design also means zero exhaust emissions, keeping the kitchen cooler and the air cleaner for staff on long shifts.
This freestanding induction flat top griddle fits any high-volume commercial kitchen. Typical users include hotel kitchens running breakfast buffet stations, school and corporate canteens, chain fast food restaurants, and central kitchens doing bulk meal prep. The floor standing design is easy to position along a cookline or in an island layout without any countertop modifications.
After service, turn the unit off and let the plate cool slightly. Scrape food residue with a flat metal spatula while the surface is still warm, then wipe down with a damp cloth and mild degreaser. The smooth flat top has no grates or burner parts, so cleanup is much faster than gas models. Periodically check the base vents for airflow and wipe the stainless steel cabinet with a standard stainless cleaner to keep it looking professional.
