Countertop Induction Six Burners | 3.5KW*6
Food-Grade SS304 for Hygienic Cooking
SS304 is a food-safe, non-porous material that won't leach chemicals or trap bacteria, keeping the cooktop body clean and safe through every high-heat shift.
Built to Resist Rust, Grease & Acid
The chromium-nickel alloy forms a protective layer that blocks rust and staining from daily contact with water, cooking oil, vinegar, salt, and acidic sauces.
Stays Flat Under Full 6-Burner Heat
SS304 steel holds its shape at high temperatures. Even with all six 3.5kW burners running for hours, the body stays flat with no warping or discoloration.
Tough Enough for Heavy Commercial Use
The solid stainless steel frame handles impact from heavy pots and pans across the full 1050×800mm surface without denting, flexing, or losing stability.

How To Operate This Machine
Step 1
Place your commercial induction cooker in position and connect the power cable based on the required voltage. Make sure all wiring is done correctly before turning on the unit.
Step 2
Once powered on, place your induction cookware on the commercial induction cooker, prepare your ingredients, and get ready to start cooking.
Step 3
Turn the knob from 0 to your desired setting to begin cooking. During the cooking process, simply adjust the knob between levels 1 to 8 to control the heat output to your needs.
Step 4
Once cooking complete, then turn the knob back to 0 to power off the unit. Wipe down and clean the surface of your commercial induction cooker to keep it in top condition.
6-Step Quality Checking of this Machine | Every Unit
Every testing machine shown below is physically present in our factory — no fabrication.
PERFORMANCE
Dust-free PCB assembly
- Every board built in a sealed cleanroom, no dust or grease particles get trapped under components — eliminates 40% short-circuit failures compare to competitors.
Electric Heating Constant Temperature Drying Oven
- Bakes out all moisture from PCBs before soldering — boards that skip this step blister and crack under high-power heat within months.
Electric Heating Constant Temperature Incubator
- Every board is heat-aged for hours to force weak solder joints to fail in our lab, not in your kitchen after installation.
Constant Temperature and Humidity Test Chamber
- Simulates years of steam and humidity from a real commercial kitchen to verify no board corrosion or short circuits develop over time.
Salt Spray Test Chamber
- Tests every metal part and connector against aggressive corrosive vapor — the same oils, acids, and moisture your cooker faces daily in a commercial kitchen environment.
Thermal Shock Test Chamber
- Mimics the hundreds of rapid heat-up / cool-down cycles your cooker endures every single day, cracking any weak solder joint before it ever ships.
What Food Can You Cook With It?
Soups & Stews
Bone broth, tomato soup, chili, and curry work well on this 6-burner cooktop. Each 3.5kW burner delivers steady heat for long simmering, and six zones let you run multiple pots at once.
Stir-Fried Dishes
Fried rice, seared beef, and wok-tossed vegetables need fast, intense heat. The 3.5kW output per burner reaches high temperatures quickly, making it ideal for busy stir-fry stations.
Braised & Slow-Cooked Proteins
Braised pork, simmered fish, and slow-cooked lamb require hours of gentle, consistent heat. Six independent burners let chefs braise different proteins simultaneously during service.

Most People Curious
We've gathered the most common questions buyers ask before placing their first order — browse through and find the answers that matter most to you.
Submit Your InquiryWhy SS304 instead of grade 201 stainless steel?
SS304 has more nickel and chromium, which means stronger rust protection and full food-grade certification. Grade 201 looks similar but corrodes much faster in wet, greasy kitchen conditions — often showing rust spots within months. For a 6-burner cooktop used daily in a commercial kitchen, SS304 lasts significantly longer and stays food-safe.
Can it hold heavy pots on all six burners at the same time?
Yes. The 1050×800mm SS304 body is strong enough to carry six fully loaded stockpots at once without bending or sagging. This matters during peak service when every burner is in use and each one may hold a large, heavy vessel filled with soup, sauce, or braised dishes.
Will the surface rust from water, oil, or acidic spills?
No. SS304 stainless steel contains enough chromium to form a protective oxide layer on the surface. This layer blocks rust from water, cooking grease, vinegar, citrus, and common cleaning products. The non-porous finish also prevents liquid absorption, so the body stays corrosion-free and easy to sanitize over years of daily use.
Does the body warp when all six burners run at full power?
No. SS304 handles sustained high heat without losing its shape. Even with all six burners at 3.5kW running through a long dinner service, the surface remains flat and stable. This keeps the induction coils properly aligned beneath each zone, so heating stays even and efficient across every burner.
What is the best way to clean the SS304 body?
Wipe it down with warm water and a mild kitchen degreaser after each shift. A soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge is all you need. The smooth SS304 surface does not absorb grease or odors, so cleaning is quick. Avoid steel wool or chlorine-based products, as these can damage the protective layer over time.
