Contertop Commercial Induction Pasta Cooker | 3.5KW
Only 500 × 470 mm on Your Counter
The whole unit is L500 × W470 × H400 mm — roughly the size of a microwave. This compact induction pasta cooker leaves the rest of your counter free for plating, prep, or a second piece of equipment in a tight noodle shop or food truck.
No Hood, No Ductwork, More Seats
Induction produces no open flame and very little ambient heat, so most codes let you skip the exhaust hood and fire-rated clearance. The space you save can fit 2–3 extra seats — turning empty square footage into daily ticket revenue.
Single Tank, 4 Baskets at Once
One shared 23 L stainless-steel tank holds up to four removable strainer baskets side by side. Cook different noodle portions in the same boiling water at 3.5 kW — fast turnover without a second cooker taking up counter space.
400 mm Low Profile, Built to Tuck In
At just 400 mm tall, this tabletop noodle cooker slides under shelving or a service pass. Ideal for open-kitchen noodle bars and stall counters where the cooking surface and the customer are only a step apart.

How To Operate This Machine
Step 1
Place your commercial induction cooker in position and connect the power cable based on the required voltage. Make sure all wiring is done correctly before turning on the unit.

PERFORMANCE
Dust-free PCB assembly
- Every board built in a sealed cleanroom, no dust or grease particles get trapped under components — eliminates 40% short-circuit failures compare to competitors.
Electric Heating Constant Temperature Drying Oven
- Bakes out all moisture from PCBs before soldering — boards that skip this step blister and crack under high-power heat within months.
Electric Heating Constant Temperature Incubator
- Every board is heat-aged for hours to force weak solder joints to fail in our lab, not in your kitchen after installation.
Constant Temperature and Humidity Test Chamber
- Simulates years of steam and humidity from a real commercial kitchen to verify no board corrosion or short circuits develop over time.
Salt Spray Test Chamber
- Tests every metal part and connector against aggressive corrosive vapor — the same oils, acids, and moisture your cooker faces daily in a commercial kitchen environment.
Thermal Shock Test Chamber
- Mimics the hundreds of rapid heat-up / cool-down cycles your cooker endures every single day, cracking any weak solder joint before it ever ships.
What Food Can You Cook With It?
Noodles & Pasta
Ramen, udon, soba, spaghetti, rice vermicelli, and angel hair. Drop each type into its own basket inside the shared tank — the 8-level power dial keeps a steady boil for thick noodles and dials back for thin strands that overcook easily.
Dumplings & Stuffed Items
Wontons, gyoza, ravioli, and soup dumplings. Assign one basket per batch so pieces never bump into each other. The single-tank design keeps the water at a constant temperature, which means even wrappers cook through without tearing.
Blanched Vegetables & Toppings
Bok choy, bean sprouts, spinach, and broccoli. A quick dip at full 3.5 kW, lift the basket, done. The shared boiling water recovers heat fast, so your greens stay crisp — ready to top a noodle bowl in seconds.

Frequently Asked Questions

Most People Curious
We've gathered the most common questions buyers ask before placing their first order — browse through and find the answers that matter most to you.
Submit Your InquiryHow much counter space does this compact induction pasta cooker need?
It measures L500 × W470 × H400 mm and sits flat on any countertop. Because induction has no open flame, you typically skip the fire-rated gap and exhaust duct a gas unit requires. Actual installed footprint is barely bigger than the cooker itself — a real advantage in a small noodle shop, food stall, or trucks
How does a single-tank pasta cooker with 4 baskets work?
All four strainer baskets sit inside one shared 23 L water tank heated by a 3.5 kW induction coil. You drop each basket in to cook a separate portion — ramen in one, wontons in another — and lift them out individually when done. One tank means one water fill and one temperature to manage.
Will this tabletop noodle cooker work in a food truck?
Yes. The standard unit runs 220V single-phase, but we regularly rebuild it for 208V, 240V, 380V, or 415V. We support CE, ETL, CB, and other regional standards. Certification costs and lead times are spelled out during feasibility review.
What branding and appearance options are available?
Yes. It runs on standard 220 V single-phase power, so no gas hookup or three-phase wiring is needed. The 300 mm low profile stays stable on the move, and the SS304 stainless-steel body handles daily vibration and moisture. Plug in, fill the tank, and you have a full noodle station in about 0.25 m² of counter space.
What daily cleaning does this countertop noodle cooker need?
End-of-shift routine: drain the tank via the built-in valve, wipe the SS304 body, and rinse the four lift-out baskets. No gas jets to unclog, no duct grease to scrub. The copper coil is rated for 10,000+ heating cycles. Every part — coil, fuse, board — is modular, so a swap takes under 30 minutes on-site. One-year warranty included.
