Commercial Induction Double Door Rice Steamer | 40KW

Full IPX6-rated enclosure lets kitchen staff hose down this induction rice steamer directly with pressurized water after every shift — no wipe-down, no electrical risk.
Conformal coating on all PCBs blocks airborne kitchen grease from settling and carbonizing on components, preventing the short circuits that plague standard steam cookers.
Fine mesh screens seal every cooling vent on this floor-standing steamer cabinet, stopping insects from reaching internal wiring and causing random electronic faults.
Waterproof, oil-proof, and insect-proof working together extend board life and cut environment-caused failures, keeping all 36 trays in continuous rice production.

How To Operate This Machine

Step 1
Place your commercial induction cooker in position and connect the power cable based on the required voltage. Make sure all wiring is done correctly before turning on the unit.
Step 2
Once powered on, place your induction cookware on the commercial induction cooker, prepare your ingredients, and get ready to start cooking.
Step 3
Turn the knob from 0 to your desired setting to begin cooking. During the cooking process, simply adjust the knob between levels 1 to 8 to control the heat output to your needs.
Step 4
Once cooking complete, then turn the knob back to 0 to power off the unit. Wipe down and clean the surface of your commercial induction cooker to keep it in top condition.

PERFORMANCE

Dust-free PCB assembly

  • Every board built in a sealed cleanroom, no dust or grease particles get trapped under components — eliminates 40% short-circuit failures compare to competitors.

Electric Heating Constant Temperature Drying Oven

  • Bakes out all moisture from PCBs before soldering — boards that skip this step blister and crack under high-power heat within months.

Electric Heating Constant Temperature Incubator

  • Every board is heat-aged for hours to force weak solder joints to fail in our lab, not in your kitchen after installation.

Constant Temperature and Humidity Test Chamber

  • Simulates years of steam and humidity from a real commercial kitchen to verify no board corrosion or short circuits develop over time.

Salt Spray Test Chamber

  • Tests every metal part and connector against aggressive corrosive vapor — the same oils, acids, and moisture your cooker faces daily in a commercial kitchen environment.

Thermal Shock Test Chamber

  • Mimics the hundreds of rapid heat-up / cool-down cycles your cooker endures every single day, cracking any weak solder joint before it ever ships.

What Food Can You Cook With It?

Staple Grains

White rice, brown rice, and glutinous rice steam evenly at 3.5 kg per tray — the shared single chamber circulates heat equally across all 36 pans every batch.

Dim Sum & Dough Foods

Buns, dumplings, and rice noodle rolls need steady gentle steam — this IPX6 induction steam cabinet delivers consistent results even in high-humidity kitchens.

Proteins & Vegetables

Fish, ribs, eggs, and leafy greens suit bulk steaming — triple-proof electronics keep this commercial rice steamer running through peak service without failure.

Yes. This 36-tray commercial rice steaming cabinet is IPX6 rated — it handles strong water jets from any direction. The control box is sealed with industrial gaskets and every PCB is conformal-coated against moisture. Staff can pressure-wash the full stainless steel body during daily cleanup without shutting down electronics.
Three things destroy circuit boards in kitchen environments: water splash during washdown, oil mist drifting from nearby wok stations, and insects nesting inside warm electronic housings. This double door induction steamer uses IPX6 sealing, conformal anti-grease coating, and mesh vent guards to block all three. Removing these root causes keeps the mainboard and sensors working reliably.
Each tray holds about 3.5 kg of rice, so one full load yields roughly 126 kg — enough for 900 to 1,000 servings. Both doors share a single heating chamber, which means every tray gets identical steam for uniform texture. At 40 kW on 380V three-phase power, a complete batch takes around 45 to 60 minutes.
Rice demands perfectly even steam. Dual independent compartments can develop temperature gaps between sections, causing some trays to undercook while others get mushy. A single shared cavity circulates steam uniformly across all 36 trays with no layering problem.
After each shift, hose down the exterior and drip trays — IPX6 means full water-jet safety. Weekly, check the mesh insect screens on all vent ports and clear any buildup. Monthly, descale the water reservoir and inspect door gaskets for wear. The coated PCB needs no special attention. This simple routine keeps the waterproof, oil-proof, and insect-proof systems intact and extends electronics life across years of heavy daily use.
