Floor Induction Wok Cooker With Sink | 18KW

Over 60% of restaurant fires start from open-flame cooking equipment. This induction wok heats the pan electromagnetically — no flame ever exists.
Powered by 380V/3-phase electricity only. No gas pipes, no CO fumes, no explosion risk. The entire gas hazard chain is removed.
Over-temp, over-current, dry-burn, and pan-sensing cutoffs activate on their own — catching hazards faster than any human can.
No combustion means fewer hood, suppression, and gas interlock requirements in many jurisdictions — saving time and money.

How To Operate This Machine

Step 1
Place your commercial induction cooker in position and connect the power cable based on the required voltage. Make sure all wiring is done correctly before turning on the unit.
Step 2
Once powered on, place your induction cookware on the commercial induction cooker, prepare your ingredients, and get ready to start cooking.
Step 3
Turn the knob from 0 to your desired setting to begin cooking. During the cooking process, simply adjust the knob between levels 1 to 8 to control the heat output to your needs.
Step 4
Once cooking complete, then turn the knob back to 0 to power off the unit. Wipe down and clean the surface of your commercial induction cooker to keep it in top condition.

6-Step Quality Checking of this Machine | Every Unit

Every testing machine shown below is physically present in our factory — no fabrication.
PERFORMANCE

Dust-free PCB assembly

  • Every board built in a sealed cleanroom, no dust or grease particles get trapped under components — eliminates 40% short-circuit failures compare to competitors.

Electric Heating Constant Temperature Drying Oven

  • Bakes out all moisture from PCBs before soldering — boards that skip this step blister and crack under high-power heat within months.

Electric Heating Constant Temperature Incubator

  • Every board is heat-aged for hours to force weak solder joints to fail in our lab, not in your kitchen after installation.

Constant Temperature and Humidity Test Chamber

  • Simulates years of steam and humidity from a real commercial kitchen to verify no board corrosion or short circuits develop over time.

Salt Spray Test Chamber

  • Tests every metal part and connector against aggressive corrosive vapor — the same oils, acids, and moisture your cooker faces daily in a commercial kitchen environment.

Thermal Shock Test Chamber

  • Mimics the hundreds of rapid heat-up / cool-down cycles your cooker endures every single day, cracking any weak solder joint before it ever ships.

What Food Can You Cook With It?

High-Heat Stir-Fries

Beef chow fun, fried rice, kung pao chicken, char kway teow. 18KW induction reaches wok hei temps instantly — with zero flame and zero fire risk.

Deep-Fried & Pan-Fried Foods

Spring rolls, dumplings, tempura, crispy wontons. Precise electronic temp control holds oil steady and prevents the flash fires common on gas ranges.

Braised & Simmered Dishes

Braised pork belly, curry, congee, mapo tofu. Flameless induction keeps even heat for hours with no CO buildup and auto over-temp shutoff.

It heats the wok through electromagnetic induction. No flame is produced at any stage. The surface stays cool where no pan sits, so spilled grease or stray materials cannot ignite. NFPA data confirms open-flame equipment is the top cause of restaurant fires — this unit removes that ignition source entirely.
It includes over-temperature shutoff, over-current and over-voltage guards, dry-burn detection, and pan-sensing technology. Remove the wok and power drops to zero instantly. Leave it empty on high heat and the system shuts down. Each protection works automatically, with no input needed from kitchen staff.
In many areas, removing open flame reduces requirements for Type I hoods, chemical fire suppression, and gas shut-off interlocks. Codes vary by jurisdiction, but the absence of combustion is a clear safety advantage that inspectors and insurance underwriters recognize. Confirm specifics with your local fire marshal.
Yes. It runs on 380V three-phase power. No gas line, regulator, or connector is involved. That means zero gas leak risk, zero explosion potential, and no carbon monoxide in the kitchen air. For building owners, it also removes gas piping maintenance and liability from the property entirely.
The induction coil checks for compatible ferromagnetic cookware on the surface. If no wok is detected — removed, lifted, or wrong material — the system outputs zero energy. Unlike a gas burner that keeps burning with or without a pan, this cooker physically cannot produce heat unless a proper wok is in place.
