Floor Commercial Induction Large Wok Cooker | 8KW

Thermal sensors continuously monitor the IGBT module and induction coil. If internal heat or 380V input voltage exceeds the rated threshold, power cuts off automatically — preventing component damage and fire hazards.
Before the coil energizes, the system verifies that the fixed 600mm wok is properly installed and magnetically coupled. If the pot is absent or improperly seated after maintenance, the unit will not start — blocking unsafe operation from the outset.
When liquid or food in the fixed pot runs dry, the dry-burn alarm cuts heating immediately. In parallel, over-current protection disconnects the circuit if a load surge or short circuit threatens the control board.
At startup, current ramps up gradually instead of drawing full 8kW at once. This protects circuit breakers, the IGBT module, and other equipment sharing your 380V three-phase commercial kitchen power supply.

How To Operate This Machine

Step 1
Place your commercial induction cooker in position and connect the power cable based on the required voltage. Make sure all wiring is done correctly before turning on the unit.
Step 2
Once powered on, place your induction cookware on the commercial induction cooker, prepare your ingredients, and get ready to start cooking.
Step 3
Turn the knob from 0 to your desired setting to begin cooking. During the cooking process, simply adjust the knob between levels 1 to 8 to control the heat output to your needs.
Step 4
Once cooking complete, then turn the knob back to 0 to power off the unit. Wipe down and clean the surface of your commercial induction cooker to keep it in top condition.

6-Step Quality Checking of this Machine | Every Unit

Every testing machine shown below is physically present in our factory — no fabrication.
PERFORMANCE

Dust-free PCB assembly

  • Every board built in a sealed cleanroom, no dust or grease particles get trapped under components — eliminates 40% short-circuit failures compare to competitors.

Electric Heating Constant Temperature Drying Oven

  • Bakes out all moisture from PCBs before soldering — boards that skip this step blister and crack under high-power heat within months.

Electric Heating Constant Temperature Incubator

  • Every board is heat-aged for hours to force weak solder joints to fail in our lab, not in your kitchen after installation.

Constant Temperature and Humidity Test Chamber

  • Simulates years of steam and humidity from a real commercial kitchen to verify no board corrosion or short circuits develop over time.

Salt Spray Test Chamber

  • Tests every metal part and connector against aggressive corrosive vapor — the same oils, acids, and moisture your cooker faces daily in a commercial kitchen environment.

Thermal Shock Test Chamber

  • Mimics the hundreds of rapid heat-up / cool-down cycles your cooker endures every single day, cracking any weak solder joint before it ever ships.

What Food Can You Cook With It?

Stir-Fried Meats & Seafood

Beef strips, pork, shrimp, and squid all demand intense wok heat with fast recovery. The 8kW output of this floor induction wok cooker delivers instant high-temperature response, producing the smoky sear and caramelized edges that define professional stir-fry results.

Vegetable & Tofu Dishes

Bok choy, broccoli, snap peas, and firm tofu need brief, aggressive flash cooking to stay crisp and vibrant. The concave 600mm fixed wok distributes heat evenly across a large surface, locking in color, texture, and nutrients in seconds.

Soups, Curries & Braised Dishes

Thai curry, hot-and-sour soup, and braised pork belly require steady, controlled heat over longer periods. The 8-level power adjustment on this commercial induction wok station lets chefs hold a precise simmer inside the 23L fixed pot without temperature swings.

Seven independent layers: over-temperature shutoff, over-current disconnect, over-voltage guard, dry-burn alarm, cookware detection at startup, tilt safety switch, and soft start. Each targets a specific electrical, thermal, or mechanical hazard to ensure safe continuous operation in commercial kitchens.
Thermal sensors near the IGBT module and coil track heat in real time. When temperature nears the limit, the system first reduces power. If it keeps rising, it triggers full shutoff and displays a fault code. The cooker resets automatically once cooled — a two-stage response that prevents thermal runaway.
Powering on an 8kW unit without soft start creates a sudden inrush current that can trip breakers and disturb other appliances on the same three-phase line. Soft start ramps current gradually over several seconds, keeping the load smooth and protecting both internal IGBT components and building electrical infrastructure.
The electromagnetic sensor verifies the fixed 600mm wok is properly installed and magnetically coupled before allowing the coil to energize. If the pot is missing or improperly seated — such as after cleaning or maintenance — the system blocks startup entirely, preventing the coil from operating without a valid load.
Yes. It carries CE certification and addresses every major hazard category auditors check: electrical (over-current, over-voltage), thermal (over-temperature, dry-burn), and mechanical (tilt shutoff). The flameless design eliminates open-flame risk, and onboard fault codes provide a transparent safety record for inspectors.
