The core difference: OEM puts your label on an existing product. ODM builds a new machine from scratch around your requirements.

ODM customization goes well beyond the surface:

Pricing, Payment, and Lead Times

Pricing. Standard quotes are FOB. We can also quote CIF to your destination port. Quotes are valid for 30 days — copper, steel, and IGBT module prices fluctuate, so anything past the window needs re-quoting.

Payment. Most common: T/T bank transfer — 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. L/C is available for large orders or long-term partners. For a first order, T/T is simplest — fast processing, quick receipt. Once trust is established, we can discuss more flexible terms.
