Floor Induction Double Wok Cooker With sink | 20KW*2

Both 20KW zones only fire when a wok sits on the glass. No cookware detected, no power delivered — empty burning is impossible.
Lift the wok and power stops in milliseconds. No residual heat, no open flame risk — the surface stays safe between pans.
Put the wok back and the system picks up right where it left off in under 0.5 seconds. No buttons, no reset, no delay.
Each burner has its own pan detection brain. Take one wok off and only that side shuts down — the other keeps cooking.

How To Operate This Machine

Step 1
Place your commercial induction cooker in position and connect the power cable based on the required voltage. Make sure all wiring is done correctly before turning on the unit.
Step 2
Once powered on, place your induction cookware on the commercial induction cooker, prepare your ingredients, and get ready to start cooking.
Step 3
Turn the knob from 0 to your desired setting to begin cooking. During the cooking process, simply adjust the knob between levels 1 to 8 to control the heat output to your needs.
Step 4
Once cooking complete, then turn the knob back to 0 to power off the unit. Wipe down and clean the surface of your commercial induction cooker to keep it in top condition.

6-Step Quality Checking of this Machine | Every Unit

Every testing machine shown below is physically present in our factory — no fabrication.
PERFORMANCE

Dust-free PCB assembly

  • Every board built in a sealed cleanroom, no dust or grease particles get trapped under components — eliminates 40% short-circuit failures compare to competitors.

Electric Heating Constant Temperature Drying Oven

  • Bakes out all moisture from PCBs before soldering — boards that skip this step blister and crack under high-power heat within months.

Electric Heating Constant Temperature Incubator

  • Every board is heat-aged for hours to force weak solder joints to fail in our lab, not in your kitchen after installation.

Constant Temperature and Humidity Test Chamber

  • Simulates years of steam and humidity from a real commercial kitchen to verify no board corrosion or short circuits develop over time.

Salt Spray Test Chamber

  • Tests every metal part and connector against aggressive corrosive vapor — the same oils, acids, and moisture your cooker faces daily in a commercial kitchen environment.

Thermal Shock Test Chamber

  • Mimics the hundreds of rapid heat-up / cool-down cycles your cooker endures every single day, cracking any weak solder joint before it ever ships.

What Food Can You Cook With It?

High-Heat Stir-Fry

Fried rice, beef chow fun, kung pao chicken. Toss the wok freely — auto shut-off guards against empty burning and heat resumes the instant you set it back.

Deep-Fried Foods

Spring rolls, tempura, fried chicken. Remove the pan and power cuts instantly, keeping idle hot oil safe. Return it and heat restores automatically.

Braised & Simmered Dishes

Pork belly, bone broth, beef stew. If the pot shifts during hours of slow cooking, pan detection cuts power on the spot to prevent dry burn.

Sensors under each 500mm glass zone scan for ferromagnetic metal. Place a carbon steel wok or cast iron pan down and the circuit closes — heat starts. Lift it and power cuts within milliseconds. Each of the two 20KW burners runs its own independent sensor, so one side can cook at full output while the other stays in zero-energy standby with no-pan, no-heat protection.
Not at all. The system has a built-in grace period for quick lifts during tossing. Power pauses quietly — no beeping, no error codes. When the wok lands back, the smart memory chip restores your exact power level in under half a second. You never need to touch the controls. The cookware sensor works in the background so your cooking flow stays smooth.
Pan detection senses the cookware itself, not what is inside it. An empty wok on the glass will still receive heat. But the cooker also has separate anti-dry-heating and anti-overheating safeguards. If temperature climbs past safe thresholds, the system triggers a protective auto power-off. Together these two layers cover both empty-surface and overheated-pan scenarios.
Gas burns fuel nonstop whether a pot is there or not. This induction wok station outputs nothing when no pan is detected — zero waste during plating, swaps, and prep pauses. Pair that with 90–95% induction efficiency versus about 45% for gas, and kitchens can cut annual energy costs by up to half compared to a dual gas wok range running the same hours.
Any ferromagnetic material — carbon steel woks, cast iron pots, and magnetic stainless steel like 430 series. These are standard in commercial kitchens, so your existing wok set likely works already. Aluminum, copper, and ceramic will not trigger detection, and the system stays in safe standby. A quick magnet test on the pan base confirms compatibility.
